After reading about Karl L. Rundberg, former L.A.City Councilman and my father on your website, I became very upset with your orening paragraph. Alth ough it is true that he was convicted of bribery, it is also true that this conviction was reversed be a State Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court denied the states' pertition for a review, thus upholding the lower court. Please refer to articlles in the L.A. Times, Dec 15, 1970 "Court Upholds Reversals of 2 Convictions"; Culver City Evening Star-Times Dec 16, 1970, "Rundberg conviction reversed by court"; L.A. Heral-Exzminer April 7, 1970 "Smith Found Innocent" last part of article "Called Strange Deal".

In respect for his memory and and his family, I feel that this information SHOULD BE NOTED in your opening paragraph since it pertains directly to and has an influence on the other information given.
