While wp:SELFPUB is very limited, it would, it seems to me, cover a station's play list. The general statement about what other stations do would, however, NOT be covered. The station should say reliably what it does...I suspect that if it does not, the FCC would want to know... and yes that happens. Stations lose licenses.
