Fair use rationale for Image:JH-Album.jpg[edit]

Image:JH-Album.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Sex Tape[edit]

I'm not a wikipedian per se, but information about a celebrity released on the Howard Stern show, especially when it has no collaborative support from a more reliable source, just doesn't seem to meet wikipedia's standards. It is being removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.8.106.134 (talk) 04:18, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fuck! Somebody get me a room at the Walt Disney World Resort for that one!

Point Guard #13[edit]

And the link giving the "citation" for allegations that she is dating Orlando Magic #13 just mentions that she has postponed her engagement. The Orlando Magic doesn't have a #13. Who's trying to mess with Julianne? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.8.106.134 (talk) 05:03, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Corrections/Revisions[edit]

Recent revisions have been made to reflect current published reports and information about Julianne and her rising country music career. As a result, more detail has been included about her singles and album, including a specific listing of the tracks included on the album. Sources have included Billboard Magazine and Associated Press feature article by John Gerome.

Although subject to debate, I believe that her music career should take precedence over her dancing for the commercial tv show Dancing With the Stars and therefore the tedious dance by dance listing has been moved to the bottom of the article. It would also seem that maybe it belongs in a separate listing much like some artists discographies are separately listed.

Based on these published reports, some dates have been changed to reflect her debut single was released prior to her signing with Mercury Records as a charity record.

It is my desire to make this a more comprehensive article and keep her dance career in perspective.Jbrown town (talk) 23:00, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Personal Life[edit]

As no citations have been given for this information, the section has been deleted. This is not the forum for speculation on personal life.69.180.208.131 (talk) 02:31, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You deleted the entire section, including the sourced content. Gimmetrow 03:11, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You re-added undocumented info and continue to support rumors. Please stop.Jbrown town (talk) 03:43, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

DWTS Pro Average[edit]

Minor point, I know, but I was surprised to see a "citation needed" after the pro average, because it can be calculated directly from the tables below. So I threw the numbers in a spreadsheet, calculated it, and came up with a different number--25.1. Am I missing something here?Callypenny (talk) 21:21, 18 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Age/Youngest[edit]

"Hough won the season four of Dancing with the Stars (US) with her partner Olympic gold medal-winning speed skater Apolo Ohno, making Hough the youngest professional dancer to win on the program" I am thinking she was 18 at the time. Generalize a little more - Was she that season also the youngest professional EVER to appear on DWTS that year? Wfoj2 (talk) 17:38, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blackface incident[edit]

I noticed after adding this that it'd been added and removed a couple times, as uncited, WP:NOTNEWS, or similar. I've included appropriate sources that refer to it as a controversy, as well as her later apology. I didn't think the initial incident was suitable for Wikipedia myself, but considering the amount of continuing coverage several days later, and that she went to the trouble of apologizing (and that her brother even appears to be giving interviews about the incident now), it seems reasonable to include. I fail to see how WP:NOTNEWS applies at this point. Odg2vcLR (talk) 22:55, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
