Still being published?[edit]

Because the link to the journal webpage is broken eh? If this journal isn't being published anymore the article should be adjusted accordingly. Simonm223 (talk) 20:02, 22 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Legit?[edit]

This journal doesn't exactly sound like it deals in legitimate science. It /could/, I suppose, but the only way I can think of is if it pretty much exclusively publishes papers disproving parapsychological concepts (or papers that, in a legitimate scientific way, do lend credence to the concepts). Should it be covered, whichever way it goes? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hppavilion1 (talkcontribs) 21:10, 21 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

I tagged this article for notability. It does not seem to fit notability criteria for GNG or WP:ORG. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 03:23, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It appears that this journal also fails WP:NJOURNALS. Not listed in the Master Journal List of WOS. I didn't check SCOPUS, but I doubt it is currently listed there. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 03:36, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There might be coverage in newspapers in the days of yore [1]. I haven't had a chance to go through these sources yet to see what kind of coverage there is. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 03:55, 12 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The journal is eminently notable, being one of the primary drivers of research (as questionable in quality as it is) in that area. It's cultural impacts have been massive, though perhaps indirect, with entire genres of horror/fiction based on the shit that got published in there over the years.
