Since the J of Beh. Fin. is a relatively new journal [2003] and resulting from the prominence of Nobel prize winning work of Vernon Smith [currently on editorial board], the reference to this Journal study seems relevant. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0929119907000363 The working paper is here, while the published paper is on the ScienceDirect.com site: http://academic.udayton.edu/carlchen/pages/Publications.html
