I have a copy of the "paper". It seems to have dissappeared off the Internet, but is too good an effor to simply let dissappear without trace. Is there someway of publishing it in this section of Wikipedia? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.218.186.197 (talk • contribs) 03:21, 3 April 2009
Not here, but Wikisource maybe. But only if the paper is in the public domain or licensed GFDL, which I doubt is the case. I haven't followed the story, but the last I heard nobody was stepping forward to identify themselves as the author or copyright holder and the assumption would be that the work is subject to copyright.
