question[edit]

I believe this page can be greatly expanded. Joint constraints is a large in-depth subject although I suppose it's closely related to Constraint algorithm (mechanics) and Multibody system. [1] probably has the biggest collection of overview articles around, so it's a good place to start... Errantkid (talk) 13:13, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I too want improvement in this article with some pictures. Please tell me do you know if Wiki offers any software app or extensions to draw.188.25.104.152 (talk) 22:31, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Axis orientations need to be checked[edit]

While the article states the rotation of a motor is X axis primary, that holds true only for non-engineering analysis of computer graphics. In engineering and other scientific analysis of constraints the primary axis of rotation is usually defined as the Z axis. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 133.87.127.238 (talk) 05:56, 20 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This could use some work, but I expanded this beyond artificial bone systems. Jakesyl (talk) 02:12, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
