Untitled[edit]

Hello. I created the Johnny Neel page and am working on acquiring an image that is appropriately licensed and of a good enough visual quality. The first image I used was not licensed though the copyright info was on the image itself. I'm new to Wikipedia and learning the ropes as well. I'm working with his management to contact the photographer of the photo I initially used to obtain permission to use it. At this point I'm not too optimistic as it has been a little while, but still holding out hope. Meanwhile looking around for another shot. Tojo45 (talk) 00:05, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I noticed a revision in the History by Rjwilmsi stating: (IMA fixes, set musical artist Background: non_vocal_instrumentalist using AWB (7806)).

Since Johnny is a vocalist and an instrumentalist, for my own information I wanted to ask what are the implications of that statement? I notice no visual differences from before, and I've been unable to locate any information regarding this. The amount of information in the Help is a little overwhelming to a novice like me. Thanks. I just took a glance here. I realize that a lot of musician biographies have a bad habit of being hopelessly one-dimensional, really all about the music rather than about the person. What I saw here was an oversourced link farm to articles on a whole slew of other musicians. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Johnny Neel blind? If so, I would think that's something that readers might want to know about. RadioKAOS / Talk to me, Billy / Transmissions 15:52, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
