There was an excessive amount of material drawn from J W Rinzler's book on the editing of Star Wars, from which Jympson was fired and has no credit. Rinzler was a Lucasfilm employee when he wrote the book so naturally a lot of his material is somewhat partial (particularly material that Jympson had trouble doing match-cuts, a somewhat baffling claim about an editor who only a few years earlier had been working with Alfred Hitchcock, though I can't dispute that Rinzler made it), and there is no material from Jympson's perspective to balance it.
