Dugan year of birth is 1955 according to OCC[edit]

see http://www.occ.gov/dugan.htm. Couldn't figure out how to delete the "missing year of birth" category so am adding this here. 66.208.43.50 20:10, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No information on early life?[edit]

It’s extraordinary, is it not, that our entry about this man, with his fame, should have so little info about his early life, early career, etc? Boscaswell talk 09:33, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I’ve found this - confirmation hearings for his appointment as Comptroller of the Currency, from 2005. On pg.39 of that pdf, which is pg.32 of the document, is the start of his prepared statement. He refers to a mention earlier of his “family”, where (pdf pg.37) we find his mother’s name, his wife’s nane. But it does not go any further. Who was his father? That question cannot be answered easily, if at all, even though he is head of one of the most powerful banks on this planet. This is very unusual for a Wikipedia article about a man of such standing. I can only think of one other similarly informationally-challenged BLP, that of the secretive Klaus Schwab.
Pg.92 of the pdf (pg.88 of the document) lists a lot of information. His lobbying activities were concurrent with his partnership in the legal firm and earlier political regulatory appointments. I don’t know how that works. Boscaswell talk 07:58, 9 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
