could we rename this article to: Jean Lenoir (songwriter)? In English, the word composer generally relates to orchestral-style pieces whereas lenoir seems to have been purely a song melodist. Secondly, he was also a lyricist, equally important to the success of a song: he was equally capable of both discrete skills. Songwriter is therefore more accurate on grounds both exclusive and inclusive.
