Request for updating from subject of article.

  I was surprised and delighted to see this article when it appeared more than a decade ago. It was very well done and helpful to me. I now see that it is a bit out of date and hope that someone can fix that. The most important change would be to add my new book to the bibliography. It was published in January 2021. The title is "An Optimist's Guide to American Public Education." It has 261 pages. The publisher is Santa Anita Publishing. The ISBN 9781647752590.
   To update this article, I would like someone to delete the sentence "He writes the Class Struggle blog for the Washington Post." That blog no longer exists. After the sentence that ends "...for the Washington Post (and previously for Newsweek) for 18 years" it would be good to insert this sentence: It now appears on its own website at jaymathewschallengeindex.com. The sentence that immediately follows is inaccurate. It should say:
  He developed the "challenge index" by counting how many Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and Advanced International Certificate of Education tests are given at a school each year, divided by the number of graduating seniors. 
  The next sentence, "Top-performing schools are excluded" should be changed to read: "Ultra-selective schools are excluded."
