Spelling of Zhas Otan versus Jas Otan[edit]

I reverted the move of this article to "Jas Otan" because, while recognizing that the Kazakh consonant may generally written with "j", it is the WP:COMMONNAME that we should be using. Batternut (talk) 11:09, 31 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
