Conflicting dates[edit]
Early paragraph says Best was ADM in Manpower and Immigration up to 1975. Later paragraph says that as ADM in that department he worked on the Hai Hong incident in 1978. TayRuong (talk) 22:03, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
