The result of the move request was:

The latter did play for the Kansas City chiefs, so he's not just a Canadian football player. (non-admin closure)  — Amakuru (talk) 08:23, 29 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

But (reluctantly) move other to "James Murphy (Canadian football)" - Murphy is mentioned in following sources: book #1, book #2, Winnipeg Free Press, Boxscore, Associated Press via U-T San Diego, Cache Valley Daily. Neither uses "Quick". --George Ho (talk) 08:08, 1 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Parker as per refs provided by George Ho and per Web results
"James Quick Parker" AND ("Edmonton Eskimos" OR "BC Lions" OR "Toronto Argonauts") get "About 68,600 results"
"James Parker" AND ("Edmonton Eskimos" OR "BC Lions" OR "Toronto Argonauts") gets "About 1,540 results"
News gives results moderately in the other direction but I find the argument from common, common (lol) use overwhelming.
George, I happy to provide a flood of hopefully helpful information on any subject. GregKaye 13:55, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
