Did you know... that Garth Brooks released both live and studio recordings of his 1998 single "It's Your Song" to radio?
Differences between live and studio versions[edit]
I am wondering how to go about this, particularly since it has been awhile since I've heard "It's Your Song." I do remember this: In the live refrain, the lyric goes "Guiding my heart to find/This place where I belong/It was your song/It was your song/It's always been your song." In the live version, Garth gets emotional when singing the second "It was your song" during this final refrain, then composes himself to sing the final line before the rousing roar of approval from the audience. Garth is composed throughout the final refrain in the studio version. I'd like to add this, and will be shortly, but edits are always welcome.
