Succeeded by his son?[edit]

I note in the "Peerage of the United Kingdom" box at the bottom of this article it shows Israel being succeeded by his son, Marcus.

In fact, Israel's barony was a life peerage and so his son did not succeed him. Marcus was actually the second son and was created a life peer in his own right with the same title. But it was a new life peerage - he was not 2nd Baron Sieff. TomboPC (talk) 16:58, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
