I've written Japanese edition of Iso (ja:イソ (自動車)) and I found on English Wikipedia there are two Iso articles, Iso Rivolta (this article) and Iso Automobile. I guess both refer to the same Italian motor company. Which should I choose as an interlang?--K.F. 03:14, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well spotted. I didn't realized that there was an Iso Automobile article. I think it should definitely be merged into Iso Rivolta. I can do that, when I have a minute. Giuliopp 21:46, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I agree, which of course is the reason for me applying the merge template. Since I'm a newbie on the english WP I'll want to wait with the execution until I learn more here, so Giuliopp: Feel free! Digglern 12:24, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

iso or Iso Rivolta[edit]

From the name Iso Grifo I would conclude that the marque was Iso, not Iso Rivolta. Any comments? 159.134.94.21 11:58, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There's quite some confusion on the subject and I haven't got any sources at hand. I understand that the official company name never contained the family name Rivolta, although the brand became known as Iso Rivolta; so much so that the text Rivolta was eventually included in the company's logo [1]. It is debatable how this article should be named. Giuliopp 18:24, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Granted. However, the picture is on a website which constantly is talking about Iso. Indeed, even after Rivolta took over the company, cars were called Iso Grifo for example. Probably (Iso) Rivolta became synonimus for Iso.
Given that the official company name was Iso S.p.A Automoveicoli (as per the 1964 Observer's Book of Automobiles), I propose to change the page name to "Iso (automobile)". GTHO (talk) 22:30, 1 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Name changed as proposed. GTHO (talk) 02:23, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Iso Marlboro[edit]

On another point, Where is the F1 project, which I believe weas called Iso Marlboro?

Refer to Frank Williams Racing Cars for this. GTHO (talk) 22:33, 21 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Iso and Callaway?[edit]

I had stumbled upon this page a while back which talks about the Grifo 90 prototype from the 90's. Should we add a new section to include this information?
