Hajj Stats[edit]

The article says that the Islamic Revival started in the 1970s, then uses Hajj attendance numbers between 1926 and 1979 as evidence.

Why the incongruent dates? These 2 datapoints say nothing of the changes between the mid seventies (when we are told this revival started) to the present. A second problem is that durind this period international travel became become more accessable to millions of potential Hajjees.

TL;DR The Hajj numbers have confounding variables and the time period makes them useless.

TL;DR; your use of an internet meme means I can only assume your comment is useless. --129.11.13.73 (talk) 09:56, 10 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Israel, Nationalism, and anti-imperialism[edit]

We should include more on the impact of imperialism, including the formation of the state of Israel, and Islamism as nationalism in response. Quark1005 (talk) 14:08, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
