Hi. I'm new at Talk, so please excuse me if I'm doing this wrong. I'm interested in a verifiable reference for the statement,"Davis was nursed back to health by an American beachcomber named Isaac Ridler." I'm researching Isaac Riddler (Ririe), a carpenter's mate who was left on the Big Island by Lady Washington in 1789 to build a boat, and taken off at Maui by Hope in 1791. The statement is entirely plausible, but I wonder about the source. Thank you. Cranberrydavid (talk) 20:05, 14 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sourcing[edit]

In regards to sourcing the statement that Kamehameha had nothing to do with the attack on the fair American surely there is something better than just "A blogger." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.36.244.37 (talk) 23:21, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
