Town of Iron River[edit]

This article is confounded between the Town of Iron River and the CDP called Iron River. If the 35 sq mi Town of Iron River needs two sets of coordinates, shouldn't they be the same? Does a 35 sq mi town have a "downtown?" Can a 35 sq mi town (which would be almost six miles by six miles) be reasonably said to be 27 miles west of one city and 37 miles east of another?
