WTF??? now this page has no image, and nothing to show of what the path of I-695 was supposed to be!!!

To paraphrase Jimbo Wales, it is preferable to have no image, than to have an unfree image, if a free image could be created. Replaceable fair use images violate the fair use policy, and there's some issue as to whether copyrighted maps are fair use at all.
