It is reasonably well written.

The lead of the article is too long, it should be an adequate summary of the route. The history is a mess, with poor section organization and bulleted lists.
It is factually accurate and verifiable.

There are several statements and whole sections that are unreferenced. In addition "www.pahighways.com" is not a reliable source.
It is broad in its coverage.

The route description lacks detail for a route of its length

It is stable.
No edit wars, etc.:
It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
