The information in this article is hopelessly outdated. For instance, it is claimed that an ADSL connection of 64kbit/s would cost you 50 USD a month. This is laughable. While prices are not what they are in western Europe, 50 USD would get you a 4 mbit connection - 64 times the speed mentioned in the article... The current price is thus roughly 10 AZN per megabit.
