Looks like a promotion page to me.

  • Agreed, particularly the "no spyware" part. I hate fixing these things though, damnit! --Dagibit 03:28, 21 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • I hope the way I wrote it, will be sufficient. ADB15 (talk) 21:21, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

IT IS NOT SHAREWARE...IT COST 11$

[edit]

I hated how the article sounded like on e big advertisement so I deleted the whole features section. Anyone who can improve it feel free to restore that section.151.213.189.254 17:57, 20 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Promotion[edit]

Wikipedia is not a means of promotion, see WP:PROMOTION. Just take a look at how the features are described, this is pure marketing bullshit bingo. Probably from the company themselves (added by 106.219.63.70, an Indian IP and guess where the company developing IDM is based.. Everything pretty shady and if you want to look at the WHOIS entry for tonec.com, they bought a virtual address in NYC.. looking like a shell corporation to me.) In my opinion, the whole article should be deleted. If WP:PROMOTION is not enforced, companies like this one will exploit it. --Precabundus (talk) 23:32, 17 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
