I would like to contest this speedy-delete. I have no specific knowledge of the article's subject, but note that the creating user is currently blocked and there's a very real possibility they have been blocked in error. As such, I think it's worth giving the creating user a chance to have their block sorted out so they have an opportunity to comment here. --Yamla (talk) 13:27, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
