The apparently earlier version of this page, Indiana High School Men's Basketball Tournament, has been nominated for deletion. Alternatively, this page could be moved to that name and then deleted. I don't have a real preference, but whatever happens the page shouldn't be called a "men's tournament." High school players are boys, and pretty much any reliable source I have seen on this event refers to it as such. Like the organization's own site for example. Thanks, Rikster. The name IHSAA is rather vague as well. A user would be more likely to search for the full words rather than the initials. Perhaps the name should be "Indiana High School Boy's Basketball Tournament"? Laszlo Panaflex (talk) 18:16, 13 January 2015 (UTC)

Consolidation

As discussed above, the current page earlier consolidated material from the near-duplicate page, IHSAA Men's Basketball Championship, which now redirects here. There is yet another near-duplicate page, Indiana high school boys basketball champions. That page will also now redirect here. All the content on that page is already here, except for two images that I will not be including, as they will not format well here. They would be useful if a history of the tournament were added, but for the current purpose they are extraneous (1, 2). I am moving the external links and categories here from that page, and adding some sources to eliminate the tag. Laszlo Panaflex (talk) 01:00, 27 December 2015 (UTC)
