Untitled[edit]

this article should be more precise on the types of incident reports

To this day, only IRs in health care have been described. If someone comes up with an IR in a different field to write about, either this article can be expanded to describe it in the different fields, or be disambiguated. Tatterfly (talk) 00:20, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notes for improving[edit]

Spanish translation for "Incident report" is "Informe de incidentes". I use this kind of reports in the same way as described in the article but not in a hospital but industry. This is a OHSAS related issue, concerning several kind of organizations. Edit Request[edit]

The article is too narrow to cover the broad topic of Incident Report. As mentioned by Tatterfly and BratUd, there are other applications of IR in industries - law enforcement, civic engagement, healthcare, and military. Healthcare is one of many applications of it. I would like to edit the current stub to broaden the current article and include the subsection for healthcare application (from the current entry). If there are objections, let me know.
