Photo request[edit]

Re: The above request from User:Ajuk. What do you want, a jpeg of a scanned Cibachrome? Just kidding. Seriously, please be specific. --Stybn (talk) 05:19, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Names and dates[edit]

I know for a fact that Ilford continued to market Cibachrome under that name for a while, as I bought some (and still have the manual) in 1981. Perhaps this was a regional variation? I bought mine in the UK. --ClickRick (talk) 08:11, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article is nonsensical - there is a number of Ilfochromes dating from 1950s, there are at least three Ilfochrome processes - a transparency dating from the 1950s, which was very popular, now forgotten, but was similar to Kodachrome in a way that dyes were introduced during processing stage a Cibachrome process - direct positive and E6 compatible film — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.196.81.181 (talk) 16:46, 1 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Archival?[edit]

I can't find any independent verification that Ilfochrome is archival. For example, I find no blue wool scale rating for Ilfochrome. Without any proof that Ilfochrome is archival, I suggest the word "archival" be removed from this article. This lore that has been repeated for decades without being verified.
