Split?[edit]

Two seperate articles seem to be justified here. Lord Cornwallis (talk) 22:13, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Correct spelling of John Neil[edit]

Before anyone insists that John's name on the memorial is spelled 'Neill', please note that this person was my wife's uncle and the family name is 'Neil', i.e. the memorial spelling is wrong.

Split[edit]

I moved the information into 1902 Ibrox disaster and 1971 Ibrox disaster. Having two separate subjects in one article together was just laziness. However, now I'm off to merge World War I and World War II just because they both happened in the same place (the world).

Incidentally, I thought about calling the articles "First Ibrox disaster" and "Second Ibrox disaster" because, at first glance, the Google hit rate for those terms seemed so high (over 100,000). But in reality it isn't. Actually scrolling through past page 10, "first ibrox disaster" without Wikipedia gets just 91 results today, and "second ibrox disaster" gets 115. Responsible?
