why does the title default to the old style of transliteration?[edit]

SHOULDN'T the default title and spelling of his name be the modern transliteration which drops the useless and misleading final 'h'? I propose we switch the default page....213.181.230.32jackbrown

Al Imamah Wa al-Siyasah[edit]

It is disputed whether Ibn Qutaybah actually was the author of Al Imamah wa al-Siyasah. Should'nt that be mentioned in the article? Hamid-Masri 19:44, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is not just disputed. It is a fact that he did not author it. It should be mentioned for sure.

Question[edit]

Reading the works of Dinawari, I'm afraid there is some confusion about Ibn Qutayba and Abu Hanifa ad-Dinawari. The Akhbar at-tiwal, for exemple, is a book of Abu Hanifa, not of Ibn Qutayba. Sorry for my bad English--Cloj (talk) 04:49, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
