"I want action" stolen from Easy Action's "We go Rockin"[edit]

It is pretty widely known that "I want Action" was stolen from Easy Action's "We go Rockin". Poison had to pay a settlement to the real songwriter. Apparently Poison was playing the album when they were in the studio and decided to steal it outright because they never thought anyone would notice. And apparently not, I was hoping to get the real story from Wikipedia when I found nothing.

This doesn't have to be sourced because you can just listen to the songs and it's obvious, but I found this:
