Why is this a page?[edit]

How does a brand new, niche, children's book, that isn't a #1 best seller, have a dedicated Wikipedia page? The author link of this page doesn't even point to the correct Eva Chen. The actual author's page already has a modest bibliography including this book, so this article is already merged with a broader topic.
