Two editors oppose this proposal and none support it. As noted by Princess of Ara, the fact that Hushpuppi is commonly used in headlines supports keeping the article at its current name.(non-admin closure) Havelock Jones (talk) 14:22, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

HushpuppiRamon Abbas – While the term "Hushpuppi" is commonly used in article headlines, the body of the article almost without fail uses "Ramon Abbas" to describe the individual, such as the BBC, CNN, and the National News. Further, the individuals enduring notability is likely to be due to their criminal and alleged criminal activities, not due to their social media presence, making their social-media handle less common as time passes. • Oppose  – The fact that headlines use "Hushpuppi" alludes to the fact that it is his common name and easilily recognisable name. It therefore should be kept. Princess of Ara 08:07, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose While I can't find Wikipedia guidance on this, where the subject's alias is better known than their real name, article names use that alias (eg PewDiePie, MrBeast, Grimes) and mainly refer to the real name in the article. If nothing else, this aids Wikipedia users in finding the article. --gilgongo (talk) 06:36, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

remove section "public opinion on social media"[edit]

all three sources used in this section are from the same two people, the paragraphs are long and convoluted, it doesn't fit clearly into the rest of the article. this info doesn't seem important enough to belong here 72.78.180.9 (talk) 02:47, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

this section was removed in august https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hushpuppi&diff=prev&oldid=1170062363 then added back ten days later anonymously. theres a similar section on the page for ibrahim magu, both added by Wadada007 72.78.180.9 (talk) 02:57, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
the majority of this guy's edits have been reverted and he's still self promoting, just on articles that aren't as closely watched. should have been banned a year ago 72.78.180.9 (talk) 03:21, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
