Fair use rationale for Image:AcceleRacers Breaking Point.jpg[edit]

Image:AcceleRacers Breaking Point.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Recent major changes[edit]

A complete rewrite and shortening of the usable parts like the plot sections, but unless sources are provided that wouldn't really be any good either; This article is already tagged as being low on citing sources, what it needs isn't a boatload of trivia and a plot section far above 700 words. To put things into perspective, the added plot section [here] close to 6000 characters, and the 400-700 limit mentioned is for feature films. Given that this is basically a minor action series where the plot isn't all that sophisticated or even important, the length and scope of the added plot section is not appropriate, same with the added character and location trivia.
