  1. Is it reasonably well written?
    A. Prose quality:
    B. MoS compliance:
Watch your title capitalizations according to MOS:CAPS. Who published Biographie des célébrités militaires and where?
there is no where, but I added the publisher and the wikisource link.
Capitalize the titles of Shadwell and Alison and we'll be done here.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 18:24, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Is it factually accurate and verifiable?
    A. References to sources:
    B. Citation of reliable sources where necessary:
    C. No original research:
  3. Is it broad in its coverage?
    A. Major aspects:
    B. Focused:
Link to the Battle of Jena-Auerstadt in the lead. I'm fairly certain that most of the units mentioned are regiments unless otherwise named, but it would be good to inform the reader. This is out of sequence: After the peace in 1801, he was appointed commander of the First Subdivision of the 27th Military Division in Piedmont. On 4 July, he routed the Prussians in Kuppenheim by ordering his drummers to beat a charge, convincing them that they were outnumbered. Gazan was wounded on 22 November 1796 and taken to Strasbourg, where he married Marie Madeleine Reiss. His wife frequently accompanied him on his campaigns, and they had several children. When did Gazan get a corps? Pick either V. or 5th Corps and stick to it. Brigadier Long or Brigadier General Long? I think the former, but double-check.
  4. Is it neutral?
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. Is it stable?
    No edit wars, etc:
  6. Does it contain images to illustrate the topic?
    A. Images are copyright tagged, and non-free images have fair use rationales:
    B. Images are provided where possible and appropriate, with suitable captions:
  7. Overall:
    Pass or Fail:
thanks for review. As always, your comments are appreciated. I think this will cover the issues you've raised. Auntieruth55 (talk) 18:35, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Watch your accents. I think that I've caught all of them, but double-check Masséna, etc.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 01:53, 4 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not going to let the capitalization issues fail this article, especially since they're not listed as GA-level criteria.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 14:23, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
