English[edit]

Where do you call a race "round" ? I never heard of this, I would refer to this as race. Example: "In the 12th race at Indianapolis..bla bla happend." If I use round, then like this " In the 12th race of the season Pedrosa blew the engine in round 21."

Front tire[edit]

The manufacturer's specs are pretty old (31/10/2006) and the announcement by Michelin about the 16-inch front is from the last week or so. Not sure what the point of transcribing HRC's "official" information is when it's outdated, and Michelin's official announcment states clearly that all Michelin MotoGP riders will be using 16-inch fronts.--Uli Kunkel 22:33, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your original edit marked both front and rear tires as 16 in, which is wrong. It's good that you went back to correct your mistake. Are you going to place the reference I added in for the rest of the specs back in or is this something someone else will have to correct? Roguegeek (talk) 22:43, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If you Google the specs (try "rc212v 1440mm" as a search) you'll see the specs are all over the web. I don't see the point of adding an HRC reference, but you're welcome to put it back.--Uli Kunkel 22:48, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well, considering all Wikipedia article should be based off of reliable published sources, that sounds like a good enough point to me to show that a source has been published. Also keep in mind any statements that do now show sources are subject to deletion. You seem tired or busy over there so rest your weary head and I'll take care of it. I'll also fix your improperly cited source while I'm at it. Roguegeek (talk) 01:27, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Strange how the previously erroneous and non-existent citation wasn't worth your ire. The motorcycle fan community is too small for so much 'tude, dude.--Uli Kunkel 03:06, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
