The CT250S is really the CL250S It is as described a dual purpose bike that sits between the XL and CB series. It was never termed CT. However this is one of the few references that uses the then (1981) Honda advertising moniker for this bike "Silk Road" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.208.67.83 (talk) 06:55, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Honda's naming conventions can be such fun... There are ample references to the CT250S online, including linked citations. Also this article is about the CT series Hondas. So I've changed it back.
Looks like Honda only used the CT250S designation once and domestically, then used CL250S for at least 82 and 83, and without the name Silkroad. But that should go in an article on CL series bikes, or on this particular bike.CoffeeYesPlease (talk) 06:30, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
