NPOV / relevance[edit]

The stuff about Kunderang reads like a tourist office advert. Unless this article is actually about homesteads in Australia, what is the relevance of the Kunderang paragraph and photo? Edwin Greenwood (talk) 21:53, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually this is not a notable article and is of doubtful use. Kunderang is mentioned as a free photo was available and this homestead is unique because it is the only known homestead constructed from solid, rare Australian Red Cedar (Toona ciliata) throughout. The cattle station, too, was unusual in that it was very isolated, in rough country and family lived (and some were accidentally killed there, too). Several books have been written on the notable Kunderang Station. Please feel free to contribute further to the article. Cgoodwin (talk) 23:11, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If it's that notable, it should have it's own article. Tacking it on to this one, which is about homesteads in general, is not appropriate. 76.102.27.141 (talk) 15:43, 29 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with 76.102.27.141. Out of all the homesteads in existence, to single out one of them for special coverage in this way makes no sense. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:44, 29 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
