Is it possible to load up the images from August Endell (German), Atelier Elvira, Munich, taken in 1900? --Gamsbart (talk) 21:38, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The architectural work themselves are fine from copyright rules as August Endell died in 1925 so more than 70 years after death, and a those from the street in Germany will be covered by Panoramafreiheit. However the web page states photos by Jeffery Howe. If he is the original photographer of the images then need to find out when he died. Note there are a number of these images on German Wikipedia, e.g. de:Datei:Atelier Elvira.jpg which are claiming to be in public domain. --Traveler100 (talk) 06:22, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I uploaded an image to commons, assume due to age the photographer is more than 70 years dead.--Traveler100 (talk) 07:50, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
