Paragraph 6 ('appalling service...') fails any NPOV test - even if true. Real insight into underlying reasons for apparently-detrimental changes, with citations, would be more useful. Even without that, the para text could be rewritten as a neutral report on typical users' feelings.

Irrelevant Information[edit]

There is far too much information here. Many information here such as the rolling stock and the service timetables should be listed in the article for the line, not in an article for a humble station on the route. I have copied several sections of the article to the New Guildford Line article given that it is too detailed and informative to get rid of. It can be trimmed and edited in the article on the line.
