The first edition was published by Simulations Publications, Inc. (SPI) in 1976 according to the source supplied by the author. The second edition was in 1977.

I don't think the dimensions given are correct.[edit]
I have the second edition, and the maps don't go end-to-end. They're placed ||_ _ rather than _ _ _ _.
