Release date[edit]

For what it's worth, Amazon.com lists this game for "pre-order" ($59.99) with a release date of March 30, 2010. [1]

Then again, Gamedebate lists "December 1, 2009." [2] —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.53.59.87 (talk) 01:12, 8 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Amazon still lists it for "pre-order" with no official date. Obviously it didn't come out on March 31st and remains unreleased as of today (April 20). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.22.208.218 (talk) 07:06, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

created[edit]

I've created this page. I'm fairly new at editing, so feel free to add the requisite video game templates. oh, and there can be only one! Xenocidic (talk) 17:14, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rename[edit]

There was already a Highlander video game (though notably not well known and really old) and I think that we should consider renaming this Highlander: The Game as that is the official name thus far, or if someone has a better sugestion to prevent confusion between the two. Hooper (talk) 15:24, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am amenable to this. I'll go ahead and do that and redirect the current title to the new page (as it is doubtful the really old game is searched for often). Xenocidic (talk) 15:49, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I was thinking of renaming it. When i saw another game exist i thought it would not make sense when it is renamed has highlander: the game. Anyways thanks for the move.--SkyWalker (talk) 18:29, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar.[edit]

Someone needs to clean up the grammar a bit while maintaining all the information in the article. I'm a bit busy at the moment researching some things otherwise I'd do it. Jmodum90 (talk) 20:07, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've already done one pass over it, anything in particular you'd like to see improved? xenocidic (talk) 20:09, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Highlandergame.jpg[edit]

Image:Highlandergame.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Done. xenocidic (talk) 22:59, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Too many articles![edit]

Why do we need three articles to discuss three obscure and/or unreleased video games from the same franchise? Surely one Highlander (video game) article will suffice, if even that much is necessary.--TOOTCB (talk) 22:24, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Its well referenced and fine. Hooper (talk) 08:09, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
What Hooper said and even if it turns out to have the same fate as Star Wars Battlefront III or Duke Nukem Forever etc. , it is still notable (just like SWB3 and many more). Treylander 17:16, 25 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
