Duration of high school years[edit]

High school typically lasts four years in North America. That the duration is sometimes three years can be discussed somewhere besides the intro. Eric talk 16:24, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

UK: GCEs are at the age of 16[edit]

This is likely inaccurate:

In England and Wales, the high school diploma is considered to be at the level of the General Certificate of Education (GCE), which is awarded at Year 13.

UK "A" levels are Year 13, i.e. 18 years old. So, I'm not disputing that US kids get a GCE equlavent at 18, I'm simply saying at 18 in the UK, it is the next level up. 2A00:23C8:3D0A:3301:E1B6:BB18:7C72:C4F7 (talk) 14:25, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
