High Court of Cassation and Justice (Romania)High Court of Cassation and Justice – There are various bodies known as Court of cassation, but there's only one "High Court of Cassation and Justice". Thus, there's no need to have Romania in the title, because there's no possibility of mistaking this institution for another. - Biruitorul Talk 17:03, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Considering High Court of Cassation and Justice already redirects to this article, I can see no need for the extra "(Romania)" on the end. Jenks24 (talk) 17:42, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Endorse This stands to reason, and I feel that the "clarification" move back to the redundant title was arbitrary. Dahn (talk) 17:44, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
