Untitled[edit]

Don't you think there should be an article about the $19,000,000 Fort Herriman Middle School? I have resources for it http://www.mhtn.com/projects.cfm?category=4&2id=123&3id=316&ProjID=51842 http://www.fhms.jordan.k12.ut.us/

Nevermind, already started a stub of the page here is the link Fort Herriman Middle School --~*Twinkler4*~ 22:18, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Town or City?[edit]

There needs to be some sort of mention of the fact that over the past decade Herriman has had a major population boom. According to a webpage I found (http://www.idcide.com/citydata/ut/herriman.htm) the population is 11,226 which is about ten times what it was in 2000. I dont know how accurate this cited resource is but I do know that its certainly a LOT closer than the 2000 census as I live here and know how much it has grown. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sbednar88 (talkcontribs) 06:59, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Herriman is an incorporated city. It was incorporated in 1999, and it's population has grown to surpass that of Bluffdale. If Bluffdale qualifies as a city than so does Herriman. I know this because I live in the area. Hooky6 (talk) 23:35, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Municipal website[edit]

An IP reverted, saying that it's a city, and proving a link to the municipal website as proof: presumably because the website has bits about its own "city administration", "city calendar", etc. While this is strong evidence, I can provide bits for other communities nationwide where the community said (informally) that it was one thing, when it was indisputably another (see Gallipolis, Ohio and its website for an example). I'm undoing this edit, not because I disrespect the municipal website, but because municipal websites sometimes aren't as reliable as they may seem. Nyttend (talk) 01:03, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Forget about the above: I was curious, and looking in the Utah Code, discovered that (since the Census) all Utah municipalities over 1,000 are cities. Nyttend (talk) 01:13, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mormon temple[edit]

I don't know how to add a reference, but here is the Tribune article quoting the former mayor about a Mormon temple: http://www.sltrib.com/southvalley/ci_14129582 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.117.120.160 (talk) 01:47, 29 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
