Improving Citations and References[edit]

Some of the citations on this page use the same reference but a different page. I was not sure how to create reference shortcuts or footnotes that would link to the full reference to avoid repetition. If someone had the time to do this for me, it would be greatly appreciated! I can do that, KMS894. If I do, I would use the list-defined referencing system that I had already established in this article. That takes all the references out of the body text and groups them at the bottom (which in my view makes them much easier to manage). Would you be happy with that? A good going over[edit]

I went through the entire article and did a good going over to correct the awful robo-translation from French which was done three years ago. I added some photos which I found on the French version of the article, updated the infobox, simplified the lede, and corrected some of the intra-wikilinks that were to French articles (some still are, since there aren't English versions of everything). I corrected a few of the citations, but I did NOT click on every link to see if the links are active or needed archive.org/web links, nor to verify if any of the information was on those pages.
