Sources[edit]

Are there any sources for this information? Can whoever watches this page add some? Clockster (talk) 18:51, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Four and a half years later, there still aren't any sources for info. I added one, linking to the TCM article on The Adventures of Robin Hood. Received an automessage that it was a "disambiguation page," though; what I have corrected the link to will hopefully correct the problem. Clockster (talk) 09:10, 7 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have checked the Gresham School records and cannot find any evidence of Henry Daniell having attended. This may be due to a name change/s. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7C:DE26:8800:6C35:F685:5616:A470 (talk) 21:46, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to see some sort of documentation supporting the statement that Henry Daniell had a small part in the film Patton (1970), which was filmed well after Mr. Daniell passed away in 1963.

== Henry Daniell as Lizst ==

Perhaps forty years ago I saw a film on Schumann and Brahms in which Henry Daniell as Lizst breaks a piano when trying to play music from the dying Schumann, and tells Clara that 'Perhaps it can be played, but not by me.' Was this scene from 'The Song of Love' and later omitted? If not, from which film was it? I have the impression that the scene was in colour. 62.151.204.68 (talk) 07:05, 8 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Death[edit]

One report you have quoted says he died on the filmset of My Fair Lady, after speaking his only two lines. The other says he died at home, before he'd got to the filmset. Can we resolve this? Valetude (talk) 09:28, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
