This is nothing like an encyclopaedic entry should read. The style is horrible. I'm a bit busy to edit right now, though if anyone else can then that'd be great. It might be worth changing the article's name to Henry Chapin (Judge) BigbluePD (talk) 07:42, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
