Who wrote this "bio"? Heinz Reinefarth was never convicted of any crime, yet is referred to as a "war criminal" and a "holocaust perpetrator"

Genocide not in criminal code[edit]

If "genocide was not in the criminal code of Nazi Germany", he could not be charged with genocide. It is not correct that "therefore, would not be applied retroactively". It could not be applied at all if it was not in the code.Royalcourtier (talk) 23:21, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Biased and emotive language[edit]

The statement that he "went on to live a normal life similar to other war criminals and Holocaust perpetrators living in West Germany including SS-Obersturmführer Arnold Strippel from Majdanek concentration camp, and Oberscharführer Fiedler from Chełmno extermination camp" is emotive and unencyclopaedic.Royalcourtier (talk) 23:22, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It would be emotive if it said a happy life.

Full time mayor[edit]

The town has a population of less than 10,000. I doubt that the position of mayor is full time. Therefore is it correct that "After his term ended in 1967, he worked as a lawyer". I would imagine that he probably worked as a lawyer during his mayoralty.Royalcourtier (talk) 23:24, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Party[edit]

For which party was he voted in the parliament? Did the people know about his past? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.86.90.39 (talk) 20:55, 24 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It was Gesamtdeutscher Block/Bund der Heimatvertriebenen und Entrechteten, GB/BHE).
